After many unsuccessful attempts I realised that all the methods that I had tried, were just making me an EX-SMOKER.
An EX-SMOKER for me is someone who has never truly given up cigarettes. Sure, they may not have a smoke...... but its on there mind,
They have to constantly keep using their will power, saying no and fighting the urge to have a cigarette.
